Orders up to and
including $19.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of only $6.95 if
the order is shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders between $20.00 and $75.99 will be charged a flat shipping fee of only $8.50 if the order is shipped within the 48 contiguous states.Orders between $76.00 and $99.99 will be charged a shipping fee equal to 16% of the total order cost if it is shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders over $99.99 will be charged a shipping fee equal to 25% of the total order cost if it is shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Orders over $80.00 in product costs will receive a 10% discount. Orders are processed 6 days a week, Monday thru Saturday. However, orders are shipped out of our warehouses 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday only. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified via email within 48 business hours and given a new, estimated ship date. Orders should arrive within 10 calendar days(excluding major holidays)of submitting them online for all products that we have in stock. If you want your order shipped faster, call or email us with your request and we will calculate the additional shipping fees you will need to pay. We have over 200,000 sq.ft. of warehouse space in various locations throughout the USA, so it is uncommon for a product to be out of stock. All orders within the 48 contiguous states are typically shipped via UPS ground service. Orders under $63 shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require a flat shipping fee of $16.50.Orders that are $63 or more shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will require a shipping fee equal to 30% of the total order cost. International orders must be paid via Paypal only.Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated and billed to you separately.You will be informed of the total shipping fees via email prior to shipment. International orders are shipped AFTER full payment has been deposited into our bank account for both the product(s) and the shipping fees. All international shipments/sales are final. We do not accept returns,refunds or exchanges on international shipments under any circumstances. We do not pay any duties,taxes,brokers fees or any other fees that may be imposed on your shipment by the government or any other entity. If the package is rejected or abandoned by customs and not delivered to you we will not be responsible.Orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

Return / Refund / Cancellation policies for USA orders only
Since nutritional supplements are consumable products, we generally cannot accept returned products. We will not accept returns for product damages beyond our control such as: protein bars melting or freezing due to extreme heat or cold.
However, if your products arrived damaged due to: mishandling by the shipper or poor packaging, we will certainly accept returns as long as you inform us within 24 hours of receiving damaged product(s). If you receive damaged product(s), please contact us by phone, email or fax within 24 hours so we may have the opportunity to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. If the 24 hour period falls on a weekend or holiday, please leave a voice mail or send us an email. If you do not inform us within 24 hours of receiving damaged product(s), we will NOT accept returns. After we have had an opportunity to verify your order was damaged as a result of mishandling by the shipper or poor packaging, a new order will be shipped to you promptly.You will NOT be charged additional shipping fees for the replacement order. At our discretion, we may require that you return the damaged product to us, however,you will not be charged shipping fees for the return. If you would rather have a refund, you must submit a written request to us via email, fax or regular mail. A refund request will only be honored for damaged product(s) as a result of mishandling by the shipper or poor packaging only-NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS REFUND POLICY and the 24 hour rule also applies to refund requests. At our discretion, we may require that you return the damaged products to us before a refund is issued; shipping fees to return the damaged product will be deducted from any refund you request.
If your order has been shipped and you request for the address to be changed there will be an additional charge of $15 plus a 10% restocking fee.
If your order has been shipped and you choose to cancel the order, you must return the product(s) to us in resellable condition. Once we receive the product in resellable condition, you will be issued a refund minus a fee of $15 plus a restocking fee of 10%.
If you want to exchange a product(s) for ANY REASON, we will honor that request provided you return the product(s) to us in resellable condition. However, there will be an additional charge of $15 plus a restocking fee of 10%. You will also need to pay any possible difference in product(s) prices, if the exchange is "uneven".
